Peppermint Coffee

Recently one of my favorite fitness personalities wrote about what to order at coffee shops. I’m not a huge coffee drinker, but every once in awhile an afternoon pick-me-up is in order. And when that happens, I definitely prefer the creamy, sugary flavorful additions. So, today I headed into my kitchen and made something flavorful, yet healthy.

Introducing:

It was SO easy and I can’t believe I haven’t done it sooner! I’ve been craving peppermint/minty goodness since it’s the holiday season, and this totally hit the spot. I made my own coffee, added some unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a few drops of liquid Stevia to taste and a few drops of peppermint extract (be careful with it, because it’s STRONG and can become overwhelming easily).
